My family went on a sunset e-bike tour with Massimo and his team in September. For a truly unforgettable experience of the heart of Tuscany the e-bikes of Toscana by Bike are the way to go. At home (Perth, AU) we do the occasional bike ride but it is a very flat place compared to the hills of Tuscany. The e-bike is a revelation and if you can ride a bike then you can easily ride one of these. We were a group of three - two women and a male all in our mid- sixties - and we were looked after by Massimo wonderfuly. Our bikes were in top condition and we were provided with an excellent map and guidance. To experience the quiet local roads threading through vineyards, olive groves and the ancient towns the e-bikes are perfect. With very little exertion we surprised ourselves by completing one of the longer (35 km) touring options suggested by Massimo. A great day out!
