We did this tour yesterday and found it excellent. The owner (Massimo) and guide (Willemijn) go our of their way to make sure you have a great time, even offering to take my husband and I onto more advanced terrain for the second half of the tour. But we declined since we were having a great time already, enjoying the company and learning about the area from our guide.
The food and wine were great, and the scenery was fantastic. Farms, vineyards, olive orchards, hills and castles, what more could you want?
